First of all the customer needs to send us a copy of their bank statement, ideally in CSV format.

Then, follow the steps outline below:


1. Go to Interfaces and create New 

2. On Interface Type set as ‘Bank statement file import’ 

3. Add the description (Bank Name) Statement Import (Customer Name) 

4. Batch choose 'Import'


5. Click Create 


6. Click Edit 

7. Add a comma to the column separator field (Used for CSV Files) 

8. Enter a Date format as is supplied on the customers statement import file


9. Click Save 


10. Click Edit 

11. Upload the file in the section indicated

12. Ensure the column headers are showing correctly in the Mapped Fields section.

13. Map the column headers to the iplicit relevant headers using the dropdowns. 


14. Click Save. 


15. Change the Statement Interface on the relevant bank accounts. 


16. Navigate to Bank Statements

17. Test the Import file and ensure it reads correctly.
