NB. A User account should never be deleted, unless it has been created in error and has not been used to log in to iplicit.

If a user account is no longer required due to the person leaving the company, the account should be Blocked and then Locked. This will prevent the user from logging into iplicit, and all of the historical information for that user will be retained, for example any documents captured, or authorisations made. There is no charge occurred for users that are locked, so please inform the Accounts department at iplicit by emailing accounts@iplicit.com 

How to Block a User:

  1. Navigate to User accounts

  2. Select the relevant user and click on Block login access:

  1. Populate the reason with a brief, meaningful explanation and select Apply:

A red exclamation mark against the User account is used to indicate that this account is locked. If you wish to unblock the account, select the ‘Allow login access’ button: 

How to Lock a User:

  1. Navigate to User accounts.

  2. Select the relevant user, click on the 3 dot button, and then select Lock:
