Why are my bank reconciliation dates wrong or appearing incorrectly?

When creating a new bank reconciliation, the date in the description is taken from the Bank end date selected on the creation form. Changing the Cashbook end date does not change the description.

When changing the Bank end date the Cash book end date will automatically change, however, you can manually set the Cash book end date to before the Bank end date. (Having different dates is not recommended practice).
