How do I send Passwords or invites to new iplicit Users?

First, a user will need to be created.

To send out an invite to new iplicit users, navigate to the User accounts screen, double click into the relevant user, and click on the Generate password and email button.

This will send an email to the email address entered under the User details, containing  a password set link and a link to login.

Password Reset

To reset a password, navigate to the User accounts screen, and double click into the relevant user. 

You can Set a Password for them here, by clicking on the Set Password button. We would recommend if you are to set a password on their behalf, to ensure “Force password change at next login” is ticked.

You can also click on the drop down which will allow you to select either Auto email new password, or Force Password Change if required.
