A System Admin will be required to make these changes, for security purposes we are unable to make these changes for you. Available permissions vary dependant on the licence applied. For more information on licences please contact your Customer Success Manager.
There are two main ways you can apply permissions to users: You can either go to the User Account and apply an additional User Role to the account, or go to the User Group that includes this User Role, and add the User/s to that Group.
It is important to remember that if DAC is enabled, Users will also need Data Access Control assigned to them. More info on DAC permissions can be found here: How does Data Access Control work?
To add a new User Role to a User Account by Copying:
Navigate to User Accounts, and double click into the relevant User Account and click Edit.
Under the Permissions Tab you can copy another User's Permissions by Clicking on "Copy from" and selecting the User you wish to copy from.
This will populate the same User Roles and User Groups. Click Save to finish.
This is beneficial when a User will definitely have the same User Roles, such as if they a replacement, however care should be taken to ensure that these are the correct User Roles and User Groups for this user.
To add a new User Role to a User Account Manually:

Under the Permissions Tab you can manually select the User Roles by clicking on Select under "Roles".
Select the User Roles you wish to apply and click on the Chevron to move it across, then click Apply.
Click Save to finish.
To add a User to a User Group:
Navigate to User Groups, and double click into the one you wish to add Users to.
Under the Permissions Tab you can manually select the User Roles by clicking on Select under "Member of".
